Position: Store Manager

Location: Nashville, TN (training in Atlanta)

Responsibilities: Store Manager is responsible for driving the business and hitting monthly sales goals, leading and managing sales team, operating POS systems effectively, suggest promotional and in-store event ideas, merchandising and maintaining the sales floor and safeguarding the assets of the store.

The store manager will lead with a customer-service attitude and work daily to replenish top sellers and fill special orders for customers. This position will work closely with our Atlanta staff and influence the seasonal buys.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2 years apparel retail experience with a lifestyle or luxury brand, love for and understanding of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, and be high-energy with a can do attitude. Applicants must have strong ties to the Nashville community and have a four-year college degree. The candidate must be a self-starter, must possess strong leadership qualities and be able to meet deadlines and motivate their sales team. Candidates must be willing to train in Atlanta for 2 months prior to the store opening in Nashville.
